Awesome Company/Roofers. Very professional, clean and very friendly. I was amazed of the quality and workmanship that the team had. They installed my 2,800 square foot roof in ONE DAY and on the coldest day this winter. Exceptional service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful roof. The Home Office was very helpful and very informative. Bravo!
They did an excellent job with my new roof , everything was on time and they made sure to clean everything very well before they left.
GBR was very communicative. We use them prior to installing solar panels on our roof. Our entire roof needed sheathing before new asphalt shingles could be laid. They arrived promptly working through the day and routinely updating me as certain issues arose. Our old skylight needed to be replaced, so they fitted a new one in that day. They will be coming back to complete the inside trim work, but other then that they finished the job in one day. Upon inspection, we did ask them to readjust some gutters and downspouts that weren’t correctly put back, but they did so diligently.
Great service and punctuality. Installed new gutters in my garage replace the eaves. The quality of work was great and clean.
Great work, easy to schedule and all work was completed very quickly and effectively. Very easy and convenient experience and customer service
Greater Boston Roofing provided excellent service while replacing my home’s roof. Communication before, during and after the project was completed was prompt and courteous and allowed me to know exactly what to expect. The crew understood my concerns about the landscape surrounding my house and took care to avoid damage.
Greater Boston Roofing replaced our roof and gutters. Throughout the process they were very professional and responsive. Their team was focused on ensuring the project was completed to my satisfaction.
I had a great experience with Greater Boston Roofing! I recently had them do a major roof replacement on an apartment building I own in Manchester, NH. It was a very complicated job, with many different roof planes with varying layers of old roof materials to remove, including 10s of thousands of pounds of slate! I also had some leaking and water damage around some of the chimneys, which they removed and now I am happy to say there’s no more water damage. Considering the very challenging scope of work, they did an outstanding job. From the beginning, their quote was extremely detailed, transparent and fairly priced; in fact it was the lowest quote I got amongst the comparable companies I spoke with. The roofing materials they use are top of the line Owens Cornings products. They promised me a very fast turnaround time to complete the job, which they not only delivered on, but exceeded. They did the job in 4 very efficient days, where their crew worked their tails off from sunup to sundown, on freezing days in the middle of February no less. They are a well-oiled machine, and clearly have good systems in place. The supervisors Bill and Andrew excelled in their communication. Same with the owner, Alex, who was a pleasure to work with and makes it a top priority to accommodate the client and deliver on what he promises. The end result is a roof that now only looks immaculate but will hopefully yield decades of peace of mind for my cherished rental property. I would highly recommend GBR to anyone looking for a great roof replacement experience, top to bottom, at a reasonable price!
Greater Boston Roofing is an outstanding roofing company. From the first meeting with Jim to the final walk-through with Bill, they are very professional. They have highly proficient and knowledgeable crews who work efficiently among themselves. Bill leads them to work smartly and safely, ensuring the job is completed as quickly as possible. We are impressed with their professionalism and experience and highly recommend Greater Boston Roofing to my neighbors and friends.
Alex Lappin is the most professional, amazing business person I have ever dealt with. When I called him about my serious roof issue, he was on a map looking at my roof from a computer program he utilizes, high tech assistance. As we spoke he updated me on what my roof had and what was missing. From there I met Lisa, who efficiently assured and assisted me with all the necessary paperwork and more to receive immediate service. She was outstanding as was Joe, Supervisor who was on the scene within what seemed like minutes. Luis and the staff were unbelievable as I went out to see the problem area, I found it completely repaired and all the work was completed. I was in shock to see it all done!!! The most amazing service I have ever received. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are 100!!! Above, we highly recommend!!
My wife and I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied with my new roof installed by Greater Boston Roofing. Lisa was Absolutely wonderful, she emailed us and helped us through the entire process, I definitely recommend Greater Boston Roofing. Thank you so much guys
Great product, great customer service, great installation. Professional shop top to bottom.
Very easy to work with. I appreciated them calling me when they found additional problems with the roof
Outstanding roofing company! From the first point of contact (Jim!) to the last wave goodbye, Greater Boston Roofing delivered excellent service, professional and high-quality workmanship + products, a friendly and proficient crew, and left our property even better than when they arrived… that’s how spectacular the cleanup was! On-site Co-ordinator Bill kept us informed and answered all our questions throughout the process, and Lisa provided welcoming and detailed emails. We highly recommend Greater Boston Roofing!
After 18 years in the house- my roof was in tough shape and really needed replacing. Greater Boston Roofing did an amazing job. They not only had to rip off 2 layers of old asphalt shingles- but they needed to go over the old roof planks with new plywood sheathing. They also pointed out the my chimney flashing- was also a mess. The tool card of the flashing – and only charged a small additional fee. They had a crew on the ground all day while they were on site- and kept my yard and driveway clean at the end of each day. The crew was professional and courteous- and I spoke with a project manager from Greater Boston Roofing each day- and was kept up to date with progress and expected completion dates. They were in and out in a few days- which was amazing- because I have 4 dormers- and an EPDM roof over my front porch. All the detail took a lot of time- and all the valets and ridges look great. It’s amazing how much better my house looks with a new roof. I would whole heartedly recommend Greater Boston Roofing to anyone I know.
Really appreciate the team at Greater Boston Roofing.
Specifically had a really good experience with Enda.
They were able to do Bath vent replacement on the 2nd floor, a new vent on the 1st floor bathroom, assess and affordably address siding issues, touch up a EDPM rubber roof, and patch up some water damaged dry wall.
All for the fraction of the price of what other competitors had quoted.
Great experience. Clint is a great guy who was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the process. Roof was swapped out in 2 days with a very professional and efficient team. Would recommend GB roofing to anyone who needs a roof replaced at a good price.
Very satisfied experience working with Greater Boston Roofing, from the initial contact and quotes to scheduling and the install. The crew on the day was efficient and mindful. They did a great job and finished the job quickly without sacrificing quality. I would work with them again without hesitation.
Greater Boston Roofing runs like a well-oiled machine! From the initial estimate to the finished roof, we were impressed. Lisa provided timely and clear information that helped us get the ball rolling. Peter ran the job with efficiency and consideration. The crew who did the work was amazing! They are fast, thorough and left the site nice and clean. They even resettled the nest of baby bunnies that they discovered. We would recommend Greater Boston Roofing to our friends.
Working with Greater Boston Roofing was wonderful and the end results are fantastic. Lisa was excellent at communicating with us as clients to help us understand our options and what to expect as the project progressed. Peter and his crew were also outstanding – their expertise, diligence, and attention to detail gave us a tremendous amount of confidence that the job was getting done to the highest standards. We’ll be recommending the services of Greater Boston Roofing to others – including family – because of the great experience we had with Lisa, Peter, and the crew. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience with Greater Boston Roofing! From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, efficient, and courteous. The quality of workmanship is top-notch, and they finished the job on time. I highly recommend Greater Boston Roofing for ANY roofing needs- they exceeded my expectations and made the whole process STRESS-FREE.
I bumped into these guys at Andover Town Day and explained I had a couple of loose shingles that needed fixing. Not a big job and one that others hadn’t been interested in. They came over in a couple of days, surveyed the roof, even letting me look at it through their drone’s view and presented a number of options. The crew showed up a few days later and completed the job quickly and neatly. Overall, a very good experience.
“Amazing crew managed by extremely competent foreman and office. Lisa and Peter bent over backwards to accommodate with schedules and communication. What a team!!!”
Our roof was a difficult and big project because the roof had many different water leaks over the years. Greater Boston Roofing took the time to really understand the problem (they even contacted the builder of the house and talked to them extensively), designed a comprehensive fix and then they executed the project flawlessly and on time. I am very happy to finally have a tight roof. I highly recommend them!
Fantastic roofers and total pros. They gave a really fair quote, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job in what is a fairly complicated roof. My contractor friend stopped by while they were doing their work and he stayed to watch them for a while. At the end of the job, he told me just how good the crew was that did my roof. He now uses Greater Boston Roofing for his developments and projects.
After much research, we selected Greater Boston Roofing to install a new roof on our house to replace one that was starting to permit some seepage. Supply chain issues resulted in a very limited supply of the manufacturer and color of shingles that we wanted, and needed, in order to blend with those on another section of our home that was not being replaced. They went the extra yard to lock up the limited inventory for our job. Installation was prompt (with winter closing in), efficient, and with careful cleanup after the work was complete. We waited to get nearly through a second winter, with the intervening seasons before writing this review in order to get a sense of how our new roof is holding up. All looks perfect, and we recommend Greater Boston Roofing without hesitation.
